Omanisa: “The term Light Worker was brought into being by author and teacher Michael Mirdad in the early 1980’s to describe beings with heightened awareness and sensitivity who have a strong drive to be in service to others. They bring the light of love, hope, heart-based spirituality, and kindness into the lives of others.

The light they spread around them or channel into the world dissolves and transmutes darkness or shadows, what I refer to as ‘low frequency energy’. Low frequency energy is that which causes suffering; thoughts and actions that arise from a lack of awareness, empathy for others and kindness towards ourselves; or from fear, jealousy, insecurity, self-importance, hatred, paranoia, greed and so on.
